James Martin halibut on the bone with asparagus and Champagne sauce recipe

James Martin served up halibut on the bone with asparagus, brown grab meat, leeks and Champagne sauce on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 2 x 200g halibut on the bone, 25g butter, 25ml olive oil, Salt and pepper, 100g white crab meat, 100g brown crab meat, 6 baby leeks, sliced, 100g asparagus, sliced, 50ml champagne, 200ml double cream, 1 small bunch chives, 200ml fish stock and 1 lemon, juice only.
