John Torode serves up a tasty white fish with olive and tomatoes traybake on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 24 cherry or pomodorino tomatoes, halved, 2 banana shallots, cut into quarters, 150g each of black and green olives, 50ml olive oil, 4 x 180g hunks of cod, skin on, 1 lemon, cut into 4 thick slices, Salt and freshly ground black pepper, Rock salt, to serve and a handful of flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped, to serve.

I am moving home on 26th April so fish traybake looks delicious so will definitely make it when I move in
