Simon Rimmer served up caramelised rice pudding with boozy strawberries on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 200g halved strawberries, 50g icing sugar, 50ml orange liqueur, 5ml rose water, 350ml full fat milk, 175ml cream, 5g vanilla, zest half orange, 75g pudding rice, well rinsed, 50g butter, 75ml condensed milk and sugar for sprinkling on top.
