James Martin lamb chops with a warm Thai green salad recipe

James Martin serves up lamb chops with a warm Thai green salad for a tasty Easter lunch on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 8 lamb chops, Salt and pepper, 1 large courgette, cut into ribbons, 200g tender-stem broccoli, 1 bok choi, quartered, 2 little gem lettuce, cut into quarters and 50ml olive oil.

For the dressing: 2 green chillies, chopped, 50g palm sugar, 100ml rice wine vinegar, 1 small bunch mint chopped, 4 limes juice and zest, 1 small bunch coriander, chopped and 2 shallots, peeled.
