Mary Berry served up a tasty slow-roast duck with a port and cherry sauce on Classic Mary Berry.
The ingredients include: whole duck, olive oil, sea salt.
For the cherry sauce: duck fat, 3 chopped shallots, 150ml red wine, 300ml chicken stock, 150ml port, drop of balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp redcurrant jelly, 2.5 tbsp corn flour with cold water, cherries, salt and pepper.
