Mary Berry served up a scrumptious light raspberry layered mousse on Classic Mary Berry.
The ingredients are: 4 leaves gelatine, 300g raspberries, 4 free-range eggs, separated, 75g caster sugar and 150ml double cream and few raspberries, for garnish.
