James Martin served up tasty pork chops with sausages, black garlic dressing and apples on on James Martin’s American Adventure.

The ingredients include: pork chops, sausages, blue cheese, olive oil, salt and black pepper.

For the caramelised toffee apples: apples, butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.

For the black garlic dressing: pomegranate molasses , white wine vinegar, olive oil and black garlic.

To serve: fresh pomegranate seeds.
