Juliet Sear served up delicious sconuts (cross between a doughnut and a scone) with clotted cream and jam for a Mother’s Day treat on This Morning.

The ingredients are: vegetable oil for deep frying, 150ml milk, 1tsp vanilla extract, 225g self-raising flour, Pinch of salt, 55g cold butter, cubed, 25g caster sugar, 1 pot of clotted cream, 150g strawberry jam and 150g white caster sugar, for rolling.
