James Martin butter chicken and shrimp curry recipe

James Martin served up a tasty tandoori style butter chicken and shrimp curry on James Martin’s American Adventure.

The ingredients include: chicken, okra, lemon, butter, coriander, coconut and and prawns.

For the sauce: garlic, oil, spice mix, tin tomatoes, chillies, sugar and fresh tomatoes.

For the spice mix: cardamon, fenugreek, cumin, curry powder, paprika and bayleaves.

For the marinade: yoghurt, garlic, paprika curry powder and cumin.
