Gino’s Sardinian seared beef with artichokes and walnuts recipe for a longer healthier life on This Morning

Gino served up a Sardinian dish for a longer healthier life with a beef with artichokes, chilli and walnuts dish on This Morning.

the ingredients are: 400g fillet of beef (room temperature), 8 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 280g chargrilled artichoke hearts in oil, drained and quartered, 1 fresh, medium-hot red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped, 4 tbsp balsamic glaze, 100g crispy mixed salad leaves, 80g walnut halves, roughly chopped and Salt.

  1. On Gino cooking slot today Philip Holly and Gino commented on how good the
    Wine was , Philip showed the label on the bottle to the camera but there was no way the viewers could have written the name down as we didn’t get time to see it ,
    plus it wasn’t in focus.
    Please could you let me know the name .
