James Martin served up tasty carrot and coriander soup with Parmesan cheese straws on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 300g carrots, peeled and finely diced, 300ml milk, Salt and pepper and 1 small bunch coriander.
For the Parmesan straws: 1 roll of ready made puff pastry, 50g grated parmesan, Few sprigs thyme, leaves removed and 1 egg.
To garnish: Double cream, Olive oil and Coriander sprigs.
