James Martin served up a tasty Indian deep fried soft shell crab with mango dressing on James Martin’s American Adventure.

The ingredients include: eggs, cornflour, mild curry powder, poppy seeds or black sesame seeds, soft shell crab, salt and pepper.

For the mango dressing: cream cheese, mango, fresh coriander, fresh mint, lime juice and zest, salt and pepper.
