Gok Wan spam fried rice recipe on This Morning

Gok Wan served up tasty fried rice with spam to celebrate Chinese New year on This Morning.

The ingredients are: Groundnut oil, 300g long-grain white rice, cooked and chilled properly in the fridge before using – use within one day. (Alternatively you can use microwave cooked rice), 3 eggs, 2 spring onions, cut diagonally, 1 cup of frozen peas, 1 clove of garlic, grated, Can of anchovies in (non flavoured) oil, Splash Light soy, Splash Dark soy, Splash Fish sauce, Salt and white pepper and Splash sesame oil.

You can add any of the following: Diced spam, Diced carrot, Diced water chestnuts, Diced asparagus, Cooked shredded chicken thigh and Cooked lobster tail.

To serve: Chinese chilli oil.
