The Bikers garlic mushrooms with sherry vinegar and padron peppers recipe for a tapas feast

The Bikers served up tasty garlic mushrooms with sherry vinegar and padron peppers for a tapas feast on the Hairy Bikers’ Mediterranean Adventure.

The ingredients are: 2 tbsp olive oil, 4 garlic cloves, finely sliced, 500g mixed mushrooms, larger ones halved or sliced, 2 tbsp sherry vinegar, salt and freshly ground black pepper.

To serve: drizzle olive oil, pinch hot paprika and small bunch parsley or coriander, finely chopped.
