John Torode sizzling steak with whisky recipe on This Morning

Masterchef John Torode, served up a tasty sizzling steak with Auchentoshan whisky, chips and onion rings in a steak masterclass on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 4 T-bone steaks, or steak of your choice, Vegetable oil, Salt & black pepper.

For the chips: 6 large potatoes peeled, Corn or veg oil for deep frying and Salt.

For the Bearnaise sauce: 200ml white wine vinegar, 2 shallot, chopped, A few sprigs of tarragon, 4 egg yolks, 240g warm melted butter and Salt and pepper.
