The Vamps Sunday Brunch Kitchen experience sees the group help cook a Lamb Rump with Cauliflower dish

The Vamps shows of their cooking skills when they visit the Channel 4 Sunday Brunch studios to help Tim Lovejoy and Simon Rimmer serve up a delicious lamb rump with cauliflower dish.

To make the lamb dish, rub some oil on to the lamb and cook for 3 minutes on each side with the rosemary in a pan. Pop in the oven at 200°C for 3 minutes then leave to rest.

Cook some onions and cauliflower in a pan for 5-7 minutes, stirring regularly.

Add curry powder and stir to cover the veg, then deglaze with the sherry.

Add stock and butter beans, then bring to the boil. Stir in peas and yogurt then cook for 1 minute.

Serve each rump steak, garnished with chopped herbs, on top of the cauliflower and beans.
