James Martin roast shoulder of pork with chestnut stuffing and cabbage recipe

James Martin served up a tasty roast shoulder of pork with chestnut stuffing and cabbage on James Martin’s Saturday Mornings.

The ingredients are: 5 kilo shoulder of pork, boned, 2 onions, peeled and diced, 1 large bunch sage, chopped, 150g fresh breadcrumbs, 400g cooked chestnuts, diced, 2 eggs, Salt and pepper.

For the cabbage: 400g spring cabbage, halved, 50g butter and Salt and pepper.
