Tom Kerridge served up delicious low calorie dark chocolate and coffee pots with cardamom, orange and cream dessert on Tom Kerridge’s Lose Weight For Good.
This tasty dessert comes in a just 155 calories per serving.
The ingredients are: 400g shop-bought low-fat custard, 60g dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa solids), broken into pieces, 40ml strong espresso coffee, ½ orange, finely grated zest only and ¼ tsp ground cardamom.
To serve: 25ml light squirty cream and ¼ tsp cocoa powder.
