Tom Kerridge rice pudding with raspberries recipe on Lose Weight For Good

Tom Kerridge served up a low calorie rice pudding with fresh raspberries, rosewater and skimmed milk on Tom Kerridge’s Lose Weight For Good.

The ingredients are: 200g pudding rice, 800ml skimmed milk, 4 tsp granulated sweetener, 1 fresh vanilla pod, 1/4 tsp cardamon, 6 or 7 drops of rosewater, 60ml single cream replacement, fresh raspberries and dried rose pedals to garnish.
