The Bikers tartiflette with cheese puffs (gougeres) recipe

Si and Dave served up cheese puffs (gougeres) with a French-style cheese and potato bake with pickled onions and gherkins on The Bikers Home for Christmas.

The ingredients for the tartiflette are: 1kg Charlotte potatoes, peeled
250g bacon lardons, 2 shallots, 1 garlic clove, 100ml white wine, 200ml double cream, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and 1 whole Reblochon cheese (about 450g), sliced.
