Mary Berry classic plain and sultana scones recipe on Country House Secrets

Mary Berry served up classic plain and sultana scones with jam and clotted cream for a Devon cream tea on Mary Berry’s Country House Secrets.

The ingredients are: 450g self-raising flour, 2 level tsp baking powder, 50g caster sugar, 100g butter, softened, cut into pieces, 2 free-range eggs, a little milk and handful sultanas (optional).

To serve: strawberry jam and clotted cream.
