The ingredients are: 1 pack beansprouts, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 onion, 2 chicken thighs, 1 tbsp veg oil, 1 green pepper, 1 head of broccoli, 1 lime, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp plum sauce.
For the Szechuan pork: 1 lime, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 iceberg lettuce, 300g mince pork, 1 tsp Chinese five spice, Small tin of sweetcorn, 10g coriander, 1 onion and 2 tbsp soy sauce.
