Si and Dave served up a delicious chestnut and chocolate roly poly (roulade) on The Hairy Bikers Home for Christmas.
The ingredients are: softened butter, for greasing, 6 large free-range eggs, separated, 150g caster sugar and 50g cocoa powder.
For the filling: 150g plain dark chocolate, broken into squares, 300ml double cream, XXX chestnut purée (from a can) and 40g caster sugar.
For the topping: 50g plain dark chocolate, broken into squares, 50g white chocolate, broken into squares and 1 tsp icing sugar.
