James Martin Cinnamon and cream cheese swirl recipe on Saturday Morning with James Martin

James Martin served up cinnamon and cream cheese swirl with whisky and double cream on Saturday Morning with James Martin.

The ingredients are: 625g strong white flour, plus extra for rolling out, 12g salt, 75g sugar, 20g dried yeast, 400ml hand hot water, 500g butter, chilled, 100g full fat cream cheese softened, 50g sultanas, 1 tsp cinnamon ground, 1 free-range egg, beaten to glaze and 25ml whiskey.

For the sugar syrup: 25g caster sugar and 25ml water.
