the ingredients are: 900g apples, 250g blackberries, 150g brown sugar, 1 vanilla pod, juice 1 orange and zest, For the topping: 500g flour, 100g sugar, 14g (2 sachets) dried yeast, 250ml single cream (warmed), 1 egg, 125g melted butter and icing sugar.
