James Martin Singapore chilli king crab recipe on Saturday Morning with James Martin

James Martin served up Singapore chilli king crab with egg fried rice on Saturday Morning with James Martin.

The ingredients for the chilli crab: 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 5cm piece ginger, peeled and finely shredded, 3 cloves garlic, chopped, 3 red bird’s eye chillies, finely chopped, 125ml tomato ketchup, 150ml sweet chilli sauce, 150ml hoisin sauce, 3tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp caster sugar and 500g/1lb king crab claws, cooked and cracked.

For the egg fried rice: 2tbsp groundnut oil, 200g basmati rice, cooked and cooled, 2 large eggs, lightly beaten, 2 tsp sesame oil, 4 spring onions, finely sliced and 3 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves.
