Juliet Sear served up a few ghoulish Halloween treats including a pinata pumpkin cake on This Morning.
The ingredients for the cake: 750g soft butter, 750g golden caster sugar, 1 tbsp vanilla paste, 15 eggs, 750g self-raising flour and 2 tsp baking powder.
For the butter cream: 400g soft unsalted butter, 800g icing sugar and 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste.
For decoration: A selection of Halloween sweets to fill the centre, 1.25-1.5 kg of orange fondant icing, 200g brown or chocolate fondant icing, 200g green fondant icing, 100g black fondant icing and 12 or 14″ round large cake drum or stand.
