James Martin served up crabcakes with Asian style chilli salsa on Saturday Morning with James Martin.
The ingredients for the fish cakes: 150g mashed potatoes, 300g white crab meat, 50g brown crab meat, 25g butter, 15ml olive oil and 1 small bunch coriander, chopped.
To coat: 150g plain flour, 2 eggs beaten and 150g panko breadcrumbs.
For the chilli jam: 100g caster sugar, 50ml white wine vinegar, 4spring onions, finely sliced, 1 lime, 1 shallot, peeled and diced, 4 chillies sliced and Lime wedges to serve.
