The queen of baking, Mary Berry visited Michel Roux Jr in his Food & Drink kitchen to show the Mitchel stared chef how to make her special chocolate velvet torte for the festive period.
To make her torte, Mary used: 200g dark chocolate, 125g caster sugar, 8 tbsp water, 4 egg yolks, 2 tbsp brandy and 600ml double cream.
For decoration Mary used 50g grated dark chocolate, Icing sugar, sifted and 12 large strawberries.
