Nigel Barden served up a black figs with goat’s curd, blood orange marmalade and pine nuts pudding on Radio 2 Drivetime.

The ingredients are: 300g fresh goat’s curd, Zest of 1 unwaxed lemon, 80g Blood Orange Marmalade, 4 tbsps water, 6 ripe black figs, 3 tbsp pine nuts, toasted and Torn mint leaves, to serve.
