John Torode scallops with mash and crispy bacon recipe on This Morning

John Torode served up scallops with mash potatoes, crispy bacon and capers on This Morning.

John says: “To get the best flavour from the scallops, don’t wash them before cooking.”

The ingredients are: 8 large scallops (unwashed), 40ml vegetable oil, Salt and Pepper, 40g butter, 1 tbsp large capers, dried and Small handful of chopped parsley.
