Dale’s sausage casserole recipe on Eat, Shop, Save

Dale Pinnock served up sausage casserole with sweet potato wedges for the smith family on Eat, Shop, Save.

The ingredients are: 2 cloves of garlic – finely chopped, 1 large red onion – finely chopped, 1 pack of sausages (get the best quality ones you can), 250g of red lentils, 2-3 sprigs of rosemary and 500ml of vegetable stock.
