Nadiya Hussain crispy, chocolate and salted peanut dessert recipe

Nadiya Hussain served up a salted crispy, chocolate and peanut dessert on Nadiya’s British Food Adventure.

The ingredients for the base are: 250g good quality salted crisps, 100g butter and 4 tbsp golden syrup.

For the topping: 225g butter, cut into cubes, 375g dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids), chopped, 3 free-range eggs, plus 3 yolks, 150g caster sugar, 125g roasted and salted peanuts, roughly chopped.
