Simon Rimmer served up fifteens, marshmallow with biscuit slices on Eat the Week with Iceland.
The ingredients are: 15 large pink and white marshmallows, 15 digestive biscuits (crushed), 15 glace cherries (halved), 150ml condensed milk and 75g desiccated coconut (toasted).
For the sauce: 25g butter, 150g dark chocolate (chopped) and 150ml double cream.
