Lorraine Pascale baked a few tasty looking minced pies for Christmas on Christmas with James Martin.
The celebrity chef made crispy filo mince pies with pear and apple mincemeat in the comfort of her own kitchen for the festive period.
To make her minced pies, Lorraine used: 12 sheets filo pastry, 1 egg, icing sugar for dusting,
200g/7oz low-fat Greek yogurt, 50g/1¾oz icing sugar, sifted, 1 vanilla pod, and vegetable oil in a spray bottle.
For her minced meat Lorraine used a wide variety of ingredients including raisins, apple juice, dried cranberries, pecan nuts, ground ginger, ground cinnamon and cloves.
