John Torode served up a summer BBQ containing spicy pork ribs, barbecued pork belly and Korean barbecue sauce on This Morning.
the ingredients for the pork are: 300g belly pork (very finely sliced!), 100g mushrooms, sliced, 20 cloves of garlic, 20ml Sesame oil and 20ml Vegetable oil.
For the Korean bbq sauce: 2-3 tbsp chilli paste (*preferably Korean Gochujang chilli paste), 2 tbsp fermented soy bean paste or miso paste (doenjang), 2½ tbsp sesame oil, 1 tsp crushed garlic, 1 tbsp sesame seeds and 1-2 tsp sugar.
To serve: Lettuce leaves and 125g cabbage Kimchi, roughly chopped.
