Simon Rimmer served up a Russian koulibiac dish (Fish Wellington) on Eat the Week with Iceland.
The ingredients are: 500g Puff Pastry (Rolled Into A Large Rectangle), 1 Egg (Beaten) and 1 Tsp Turmeric.
The filling: 60g Basmati Rice, 1 Tsp Turmeric, 50g Butter, 1 Red Onion (Finely Chopped), 1 Clove Of Garlic (Finely Chopped), 200g Chestnut Mushrooms (Finely Sliced), 450g Cooked Smoked Haddock (Flaked), 1 Tbsp Each Of Flat Leaf Parsley And Tarragon (Chopped), 1 Tbsp Salmon Roe (Cheap Caviar), 2 Hard-Boiled Eggs (Chopped), Salt And Pepper, 100g Melted Butter.
