Simon Rimmer served up chocolate biscuits with Dulche de Leche filling on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 125g butter, 100g icing sugar, 1 vanilla pod, 1 yolk, 100g melted dark choc, 150g flour (sifted), 25g cocoa powder, 200g dulche de leche and Serve with fromage frais, choc shavings and strawberries.
