Si and Dave served up potato crusted pork chops with braised red cabbage on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients for the braised red cabbage: ½ red cabbage (roughly 430g), 25g butter, 1 medium red onion, 1 cinnamon stick, ¼ tsp freshly grated nutmeg, 1 bay leaf, 150ml cider, 2 tbsp white wine vinegar, 3 tbsp light brown muscovado sugar, 1 red eating apple, quartered, cored and sliced into 1cm slices and flaked sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
