Phil Vickery served up a vegetarian fondant pepper quiche Lorraine on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 1 x sheet ready rolled short pastry (not block pastry), 1 egg, beaten, for sealing the pastry base, 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 4 red peppers, seeds removed and chopped to give 800g flesh, 30g garlic finely chopped, 2 x 10g vegetable stock cubes, ground black pepper, 300mls single cream, 200mls milk, 2 large eggs and 2 large egg yolks.

Green salad, to serve.
