Simon Rimmer Upside Down Strawberry Cake Recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up upside down strawberry cake on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 500g chopped strawberries, 150g sugar, 15ml rose water and zest 1 orange.

For the cake: 110g butter, 3 eggs, 225g sour cream, 225g flour, 200g sugar, 10g baking powder, pinch salt and 3g bicarb.
