Phil served up the perfect chicken with seafood paella and smoked paprika on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 2 small onions, finely chopped, 3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped, 1 large red pepper, cut into 1cm pieces, A pinch or two of saffron, 2 tbsp tomato puree, 350g paella rice (short-grain rice), 250g chicken, skin on roughly 2-3cm pieces, 125g shell on prawns, 125g baby squid, roughly chopped, 600-650mls roughly, boiling water, 1½ chicken stock cubes, crumbled, ½ tsp smoked paprika, Only a little salt needed, Course ground black pepper, 200g fresh mussels, 8 fresh scallops, cut into 4, including the roes (the scallops are optional for this recipe) and 1 large bunch of fresh parsley, chopped roughly.
