Tonia Buxton served up Greek prawns with feta cheese on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: ¼ glass (50ml) olive oil, 1 large onion, finely chopped, 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped, 12 medium tomatoes, skinned and coarsely chopped (or 2 x 400g can chopped tomatoes), 2 – 4 tbsp Ouzo, 2 tbsp tomato puree, 2-4 tbsp freshly chopped dill, Freshly ground black pepper, 500g fresh prawns, peeled & deveined, 500g baby spinach leaves (washed), 250g feta cheese and Crusty bread of your choice to serve.
