Si and Dave served up goats’ cheese and chives souffle on Saturday Kicthen.
The ingredients are: 300ml full-fat milk, 1 onion, quartered, 1 bay leaf, 1 small bunch thyme, 300g goats’ cheese, 50g butter, 50g plain flour, 4 free-range eggs, separated, 3 tbsp finely snipped chives, 10g finely grated Parmesan and sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
