John Whaite served up a French meringue roulade on Chopping Block.
The ingredients for the meringue include: 4 large eggs white, caster sugar and 1 tsp corn flour.
For the lime curd: 250ml lime juice, 125g unsalted butter, zest of 1 lime, 3 large egg yolks, 175g sugar and 25g cornflour.
For the filling: lime curd and 300g whipped double cream.
