Lisa Faulkner Easter meringue cake with hazelnuts recipe on This Morning

Lisa Faulkner served up Easter meringue cake with hazelnuts, berries and amaretto on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 5 medium egg whites, 250g caster sugar, 1 tsp cornflour, 1 tsp white vinegar, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 100g toasted hazelnuts, chopped.

For the filling: 400ml double cream, 2 tbsp icing sugar, 2 vanilla pods, seeds scraped, 1 tbsp Amaretto, 400g mixed strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, plus extra to decorate.
