Lorraine Pascale served up homemade jammie dodgers and melting Viennese whirls on This Morning.

The ingredients for jammie dodgers with raspberry jam: 100g caster sugar, 200g butter, softened, Seeds of half a vanilla pod or 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 egg, 280g plain flour, plus extra for dusting, 60g ground almonds and Icing sugar, for dusting.

For the filling: 100g jam (raspberry seedless) and 1 tsp lemon juice or water.

For the Viennese whirls: 225g butter softened, 50g icing sugar, plus extra for dusting, Seeds of 1 vanilla pod, or 2 tsp vanilla extract, 1 egg, 30g cornflour, 225g plain flour, Pinch of salt and 3 tbsp whole milk.

For the filing: 50g butter, softened, 100g icing sugar, Seeds of half a vanilla pod or 1 tsp vanilla extract and 60g seedless raspberry jam.
