Rosemary Shrager served up sea bass with puttanesca sauce and potato rosti on Chopping Block.

The ingredients for the sauce include: fish stock, plum tomatoes, garlic, dried chilli, olives, capers, anchovies, oregano and parsley.

For the rosti: potatoes, salt and butter.

For the fish: flour, sea bass fillet, butter, lemon juice, vinegar.

To serve: broccoli.
