Simon Rimmer served up spiced buttermilk steak on today’s episode of Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 1.5kg skirt steak -outer membrane removed, Marinade – 500ml buttermilk, 4 sliced jalapenos, chopped finely, clove garlic, zest and juice 1 lime, salt and pepper, salad – 150g edamame beans, 4 sliced spring onions, 2 shredded carrots, 100g washed beansprouts, 12 mint leaves, 100g watercress, half cucumber, half moons, no seeds, dressing – 150ml light soy, juice and zest 2 lime, 25mm grated ginger, 2g chilli flakes.
