Simon Rimmer served up bread samosa’s with a yoghurt and coriander dipping sauce on today’s episode of Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 20 slices wholemeal bread, 200g cooked, mashed potatoes, 15g curry powder, 1 finely chopped red onion, 50g butter to fry, 10g chopped coriander stem, 15g peas, 1 finely chopped red chilli and oil to deep fry.
For the dipping sauce: 150ml yoghurt, 15g coriander and 50ml white wine vinegar.
